                                                                  They were very unsafe at first, but after Nader and others exposed them they changed the suspension. The ones made after 1965 were pretty cool. I had a 1966 when I was in my early 20's. It had some pep and was fun to drive. Mine was a convertible and chicks seemed to like it.
