                                  Mine bothers me to, but any time you spend a lot of time doing continuous activity your fingers and wrist can hurt (such as writers cramp) It could be early signs of carpal tunnel or arthritis, but just make sure you take lots of breaks when you are doing the same thing for long periods of time!

                                      When I use my laptop I use a wireless mouse and an external keyboard...wrist-rests for both.

                                              it is all in the angle you are holding your hand from you forearm, try to get it as straight as possible with a gel rest under your wrist to keep the bones all aligned properly, you will notice a huge difference to where there will be no pain at all
