Kobe will not have an all black jury, and the case is very simple. Its just a matter of her credibility, plus the bellhop and physical evidence, against Kobe's word.
From whats come out so far, I wouldn't bet against the prosecution on this one.

Here's what the average juror is probably thinking:
(1) Kobe is a millionaire and can have any woman he wants. If he can have any woman he wants, he doesn't need to rape someone.
(2) Kobe is rich and his accuser is not. But the accuser probably wants to BE rich.
Rape is a difficult thing to prosecute as it is. When the accused is a millionaire celeb, it makes it all the more difficult. I think he's walkin' ....
You are right about one thing though. If Kobe has an all white jury it can definitely work against him. At least this didn't happen in Alabama.
