How much sleep do you need?

There are days when I need 2 years of sleep and there are some days that I can take a 30 min power nap and I'm good to go

I sleep only 4-5 hours a day

I usually get 6 hours sleep. But I think 8 would be better for me.

7-9 hours, depends on how much alcohol I have in me...
