    Which is a better hotel in Vegas... Treasure Island or Harrah's ?

    The rates are about the same and both are very close to the Venetian... but I've never stayed at either.

    Any insight anyone?

                  Harrah's is a little dated. Plus, if you are trying to get to the Venetian, TI is literally right across the street.

                                      Harrah's is far more convenient to the rest of the strip .. the shuttle system has a stop right behind the hotel. Going anywhere from TI is still a nice little hike or cab ride. If you're anything like me and just think of your room as a place to keep your shit, then I would suggest Harrah's (or even Imperial Palace, which has some fun/cheap late night gambling).

                                                          UMMM... I've stayed at IP before and it's HORRIBLE. Even if they were giving away rooms I'd still pay to stay elsewhere.

                                                                  And harrahs was the worst by far for the actual room. I don't mind some of the slots at harrahs, I'm actually up a few thousand gambling there. And the pool is fucking horrible.
