That's fine... but take on the battles that give you the best bang for your buck... even if there's 10 more waiting in the wings, it will take TIME for them to increase their traffic and move into the top 100... search engines don't just move them up a notch because theres a 404 page, it takes a couple weeks in my opinion to start seeing the results.

The domain doesn't resolve which means e-mail's to that address bounce at least for me. Try to load the domain that is used for the e-mail address it won't load for me because the DNS is bad. That means the e-mails sent to his domain admin address also bounce for me.
If that little error will allow his domain to be pulled then good riddance. Not only does this guy steal from our industry but he also owns and operates zootube365.com along with two well established "legit" TGP's.

you don't need to have an a record for the domain to work for email.
while some email blacklists will consider it a bad domain if it doesn't have an a record
it does not mean the contact info is bad, it just means it is set up as a email only domain.
