    Have you ever tripped on toads or mushrooms?

    The bored-out-of-my-mind question time.

    Most of my life I've been riding the "layman trip" of alcohol, words, and music; so I'm now shopping for a new high. I find cocaine and pills quite trite, and pot is overall pretty dumb. So mushrooms and toads have an ancient vibe that really appeals to me.

    Any drug-friend suggestions for the uninitiated??

                  In my younger days I did my fair share of magic mushrooms. We used to go hunting for them by the bag.
                  Lots of fun lacing everything we could find to make anything from a little trip to a total wipeout.

                  While I was living in Africa I was told about a species of toad that would get yoh high if you licked them.
                  My friend and I licked about 20 toads one night but neither of us got tripped out on them. Maybe we were licking the wrong kind of toad, they all look pretty similar.

                                  With everything so available why would you not? I am assuming you are state side? Poke around on market places and get a few BTC and you are off and running. I with Jesse, there are some fantastic lysergic acid diethylamide compounds making its rounds....I do not care for the shroom high as much. Very difficult to gauge

                                                                          Worst case scenario you are looking at a controlled delivery and having to employ plausible deniability. I haven't had any issues in 10 years of buying thing online though. Keep it domestic, customs is where people get fucked doing that.

                                                                                                  shrooms got me in to coding which got me in to exactly where I am now ... not like tripping gave me any skills but it unlocked my way of thinking. next day I wrote my first script that was updating quite a few tgps back in the day.

                                                                                                  comparing shrooms to acid for instance, I always feel after a mushroom trip that I've accomplished something, I feel more energetic and motivated.
                                                                                                  while after an acid trip, that may or may have not been 10 time funnier than its equal shroom trip, I just feel kind of fucked ... tired, worn out.

                                                                                                  I always thought that shrooms was more for thinking and dealing with your life, you will feel a bit ill from digesting the shroom but the effect and afterglow is beautiful, while acid is more like a party drug with the hangover to come with it.

                                                                                                  toads ... dunno, be a little careful there, some toads are quite poisonous

                                                                                                              too funny, I found acid to be everything mushrooms were for you. shrooms were like a less intense version and I wasn't able to free my thoughts of their hangups as easily. the come down from acid is kinda blech but I never found it that bad. just kinda achy and tired.

                                                                                                              I can't even fathom doing lsd at a session, if you could do it I'm amazed. it's interesting too how drugs can affect peeps so differently. for me it was always a 'High Park, music and a few good friends' kind of experience.

                                                                                                              Emphasis on experience. I can definitely attribute some of the ways in which I interact with the world at least in part to things I thought and felt during those trips. wicked you and Matyko got so much out of it as well =)

                                                                                                                                                          Later that day I took a shortcut through a field of mushrooms and tripped like four times. They were everywhere and hard to walk through.
