Paxum cards are working fine, worldwide. You should have no problem using your card, if you have sufficient funds on your card for the transaction.
Some online retailers will only accept credit cards issued from inside the United States. If your card was rejected with sufficient funds available for the purchase, you may wish to check with the merchant to find out if that's the case.

But one thing I notice is on some places where I could use it normally it started declining my Paxum card saying it's a "prepaid card" and that they require a "credit card". These places include (so far) UpWork.com and FameBit.comMake a bank with Chaturbate - the best selling webcam program
