We got one of those complaints this week, is trying to force us to take down the content with an invalid DMCA complaint, as she/he is not the copyright owner, the copyright owner is bangbrosonline.

this time the email says

I am a recently graduated Florida lawyer who, in the past, found it necessary to work in adult entertainment to pay for my legal education. I am now in the process of seeking removal of all of this material from the Internet.

If you wanted a work you can always try at burger king ;-)
Working in adult business means funny work (hey, sex is funny, isn't it?), and good income, but you ass can be viewed by end customers, it comes with the job, like it or not.

i don't agree with people leaving a business and wanting everyone else to waste his own work, for that content there was too much work, other performers, cameras, promotion, other webmasters, did they work for free?

It doesn't make sense.

we are hosting the customer reported and we notified him but we are not asking customer to remove content unless complainant can prove content ownership.

i HATE people doing FAKE complaints. don't be mistake, we don't support content piracy but also don't like pissing our customers.

The last time I ignored one of those requests, a few days later I had a Solicitor's letter in my postbox. I contacted Ernesto about it, but never got a reply (no change there).

On this occasion though, the fact they say, "I do not wish to resort to legal process against you" to me means it's an empty BS threat, probably written by the model herself or someone else equally as dumb.

Reality Kings and Bangbros are the same people? I always knew they were affiliated because of the cross-sales, but I never knew they were the same company. why not just merge the two into 1 big network. The content is pretty much the same anyways?
