      Actually they are giving it free to anyone on election day since their previous offer was illegal (and subject to $5K fine per cup in GA) in many states. Enjoy!

                          Which is probably why you're not a lawyer As pointed out to me BY a lawyer, it also puts them in danger of being sued for discrimination by non-citizens and others who cannot vote. Yep, in America, you have to be worried about being sued over giving out a free cup of (bad) coffee.

                                              She shouldn't have sold it to you until AFTER 7PM. The "no alcohol" while the polls are open has been a dumb GA law since I was old enough to drink - almost 30 years ago.
