              I saw an interview with him today where he talks about this. He basically has said he hasn't made his mind up yet. They may do a full repeal and replace, but they may also chose to keep the good parts of Obamacare and modify the rest to make it better. He said it will come down to what makes the most sense and is the best option.

His entire campaign (as are most campaigns) was based on his saying he would be better than Obama and Hillary so he had to point out what was bad about them.
