Dub Buk is an amazing band. That particular song is about glory of Ukraine and its various symbols (mountains, springs, dark nights, steppes, mythology, poets, etc)

The first spoken words translate as "glory to ukraine, glory to the motherland"

It is, their lyrics and political views are controversial but I really like the band. Also not sure if you know of the band, but Nokturnal Mortum are from Ukraine with similar music and more dark/folky. Мировоззрение by them is quite a masterpiece.
