To call it "regulation" is kind of silly. Two more conservatives on the court means that porn is not at all protected under the first amendment. That we don't even have the Miller Test to fall back on. It means opposition to broader 2257 regulations and other things would be frivolous. With a Supreme Court justice being appointed for life, we would probably not see a reversal on that until we reach old age. I consider that much harder to fight.
I'm opposed to higher taxation, but it's something I can live with. It doesn't put me out of business completely. And I also realize that someone at some point has to pay for all the spending the Republicans have had over the years.Comment
