Most of these women are uneducated, young, and from poor backgrounds, are smuggled into the country to serve as sex slave. Most are forced to serve several men a day, or as many as the owner wants to.
Atlanta which is known to be one of the states with the highest sex trafficking, there are many major raids in that city. In one case where the police raided one of these houses where the sex slaves were held, they told the police that these traffickers would beat them with belts, baseball bats, two coat hangers wrapped together if they didn?t follow the rules. In a police raid in New York City police expect to find girls working illegally in a underground brothel, but what they found was girls from the age of 14 to 17, all Mexican nationals without documentation were not prostitutes but they were sex slaves.
