After the Brexit vote there was a huge amount of voter regret - they wanted to voice their displeasure, they wanted to mark their protest, but they did not actually believe that their vote would mean that the UK would actually leave the EU. If the vote was held again today the result would be different.

I sincerely hope I am wrong - but I firmly believe that the US has just made the most catastrophic decision.

Most politicians do talk a big game to be elected so it's not just Trump. I agree with what you said and also think he did just that. I don't believe there will be a wall, he won't kick out Muslims or deport 1 million people etc...

I'm also hoping he'll do well, and I want him to, but I'm skeptical. The people that voted him in are acting the same way with his victory as they did when he was running. Bashing others over the head with words.

Again, I hope I'm wrong.
