1) Unlawfully retained national defense information.

and

2) Obstructed justice. Friend of mine is going to jail for 18 months for obstructing justice when the original charge was just a misdemeanor.
This is the most important take away from the cases: never lie to the FBI or COPS if you're investigated.

There is SO MUCH info they can get on you, before ever even speaking to you, that it's usually a case of them asking you questions they already have answers to
