Here's another thought: WHY is the guy cloaked in open field but as soon as he's near the tank he appears? That's just super stupid. If anything the guy should stay cloaked until at least on top of the tank.
So WHY? Because if the editor doesn't show the guy, what it the video about? A tank "mysteriously" moving on it's own? Or was there just one guy left inside?

You should have seen the experimental laser weapons used in Panama when the US Government got Noriega. Alot of the footage has been removed but Panamanian Jeeps and vehicles were literally cut in half. Clean cuts with no damage to them literally just cut in half.
Natives of Panama that saw the incidents claim to have seen AH 64's ( Or rather the choppers were Indentified as AH 64's by them ) with the front mounts modified with Laser weapons that cut APC vehicles.

I understand what you are getting at however do you get how most scientists work? It is not like we just take a group of them and throw a project at them and say create- it happens but is not normal. Most have their own special interests and specialties. People that are interested in a given field typically stick to that field and go with what interests them.Comment

The change occurs when the figure moves from the sandy area to a darker backdrop. Perhaps its not true "invisibility" but something that works against specific colors. If you watch frame by frame he is always visible against DARK objects but appears invisible against the sandy environment. The more I look at it the more interesting it is... and the more I want a higher res version without the circle.
I don't believe it's real or dismiss it at this point, but It has me interested.
