    ----------------south florida party this sunday----------------

    Ok gang, we are going to start simple to get this going, then each month we will think of fun/funky things that we can all do together to start growing as a community in sunny South Florida.

    This first time out will be a casual, funky place right on the water that is very conducive to conversation, watching the boats going by, and hanging out.... Most of it is outdoors among foliage springing out of painted toilet bowls and bathtubs.

    Outstanding burgers, etc... A full bar, and for some reason, the whole place is cash only, no credit cards, so be advised!

    (There is an ATM in walking distance j.i.c.)

                                                      we'll be watching the parade from the lower balcony at 915 (duvall), so wave if you see the pink-haired pirate! the weather has been typical of my past florida experiences so i wasn't too surprised by the rain. it rained on the parade last year anyhow and there are pleeeeenty of people here!

                                                              Only reason why I'm saying that there won't be as many people this year is because I have friends in Key West that have noticed a sharp decline in the number of hotel rooms booked this time.... There are actually STILL hotel rooms available this year in Key West... first time anyone can remember that...
