Need a server at a reputable hosting company

I need a server at a good, reputable company that would be an upgrade to this config:

Intel Xeon E3-1240v3 Quad Core - 3.40Ghz, 8M Cache
8GB DDR3-1333 ECC RAM
2x 160GB Intel S3500 Enterprise SSD*
UNMANAGED

Looking for a modern CPU with more RAM.

What would something like this cost me? Spam me with offers.

I have NO clue "xenon schmenon" so here I go... I have 50 HD streaming movies... Yes movies ( 90 min +). We stream at 1800 some KPBMS or shit like that...So with about 1,000 streams per month. How much? And I do not give shit if it is quad or not... I want fast, secure, 24/7 service, no down time and mainly NO fucking geek talk

We have very competitive CDN service. We can also build clients a private cloud offering today, though our public cloud offering is a few months out. The E3 Xeon you have is still a relevant, solid processor. The difference in performance of that versus, say, a higher model of the same generation or even a v5 gen is still relatively small at 5-15%. If you'd really like to take a leap in performance, the next advisable jump would be to something like a Dual E5-2620 which would give you 12 cores and 24 threads.
