Has collar so probably has owner. One would think they would remove it if they were to abandon it.

On long term side, I do not think that qualifies as a long term lap dog unless I am wrong. I think it will get slightly large.

I put the collar on him myself so I could hear him running around the house. He didn't have any collar or anything and looks pretty skinny

I have this little halloween man outside that pulls his face off and scares people when they walk by it.. He was barking at that lol.. He is soooo sweet
