somebody spammed a ton of industry peeps with all of their email addresses in the cc field, silly mistake, wont mention the url they were spamming. linsey replied with a joke, odie replied with a a "hey, its been a long time, hope everyone is doing good" sort of reply, rrred replied with the same, became sort of a running joke after that

This was the original mailer who spammed a good number of us webmasters. Lindsay had answered, some replied back talking then someone started to spam his affiliate program and afterwards, it went on and on.
