ok, let me say what my subconsciousness just told me )

it's rather moderation experience w/ writing skills

the reason is that i don't think my proposal will be interesting just for writers in this moment. later there'll be enough review budget and we'll pick up the best writers ) w/ more formal relations

currently i'd like to meet a member of our team which will consider on community, reviewing and some time later on reviewers. sorry for misleading in my first post.
