Of course its not. But one would think with all the motions filed he would have just handed over the paper work to get it over with. There has been more tax payer money wasted in dragging this out than just handing over the paper work proving he is innocent. You as a voter have the right to know the answer.

That'd be the Philip Berg who filed the lawsuit. A completely frivolous lawsuit, by the way, and by Berg's own admission of ignorance.

Taken right from that website:

Apparantly Berg, when filing his Requests for Admissions on September 15, 2008, failed to realize that the Obama campaign release the above show birth certificate in earlier this year.

you do realize this Birth certificate is a fake right? It says at the bottom Left "LASER" and revised 11/01 last time I checked they didnt have laser printers back in 1961 plus i was born later then that and mine is typewritten
