Going to shoot some Holloween promo pics. Found a great location (pics)

We are shooting some Halloween promo stuff this week for our blogs and out affiliates.
Just waiting for a good moon this week.
Here is the location it is an abandon fire hall nearly 100 years old in the middle of nowhere.
Slated for demo in the spring as a new subdivision is going in.
I will post some shoot pics later this week, but for know here is a few of the house itself.

Very cool. One question though. Why would you wait until so close to the holiday to even shoot such promotional content? Would it not make more sense to get it shot earlier in fall and released maybe at the start of the month or through out it. Added time for promotional types and such.

Yes it would and a very good point.
We shoot all our Xmas stuff etc way in advance and have already shot some Halloween stuff earlier in Sept.
However this house with full access just fell in my lap yesterday, so better late then never.
And at least I will be better prepared for next year.

It's too bad you missed the full moon last week, that would have given you some awesome moonlight for shooting.

Yep believe it or not they are still pounding new housing project up here like mad.
I have a good friend that builds 200 town and mid size homes a year for a large developer every year.
But most that go up are in the 500 k range plus.
and if you can believe it housing prices are still going up.
