    Anyone else been extra sleepy lately?

    I don't know if it's the cold weather,

    but damn I have been sleeping a lot.. Waking up in the morning the dozing back off.

    I wonder if it has to do with the cold weather change at all.

          I have. But I think that's because I've put on a lot of weight since I quit smoking, and now I'm running AND biking every day.

                  I just can't remember being able to go back to sleep so easily,

                  right now I could go jump in bed and be asleep within 5 minutes.

                      Watch your diet you might be taking on too many carbs but since it's a lot cooler now your metabolism isn't as aggressive. It's natural to change your diet with the seasons. Try to cut down on starches and add some fruit to your diet. Oh, exercise helps too - it is a perfect time to start working on that beach body for the next summer.
