Those types of sites are a ridiculous joke.

If you do not know how to properly evaluate, and value, internet or online assets. Then you should not be in this business.

It has been written about countless times on the math of revenue and 9-18 months depending on the type of site, traffic, referrals, links, recurring, and so forth.

More importantly, in the end, it comes down to what someone is willing to pay for it.
