Hey there!
Jerkules (hxxp://gfy.com/members/jerkules/, I can't post links yet) has a good guide on this that I can't find right at the moment, but my go to method right now is Tumblr.
I'll try and summarize a bit with some do's and don'ts regarding promoting with Tumblr based off of my own experiences.
Do:- Try and only post quality content. If a gif or image is shit, don't post it.
- To grow your followers quickly, make sure to follow and reblog from other blogs regularly.
- Focus on a specific niche, or create separate blogs for different niches and only post content to them relevant to that niche.
- Add links in the text portion of the post back to your site.
- Use tags! Tags are crucial for making sure your posts show up when someone does a search on Tumblr.
- Read the Tumblr terms of service to make sure you follow the rules so you don't get your account disabled.
Don't:- Post your link in every post. Tumblr will flag/disable your account for spamming.
- Post links with obvious referral id's attached, in fact focus on redirecting back to a site you own that houses any affiliate links or signups.
- Post 250 times a day. A sweet spot from my own trial and error is around 50 times a day.
- Don't use tags that aren't relevant to the content of the post. Make sure they're descriptive of the content and not just whatever type of traffic you're trying to drive.
Also, promoting from Tumblr is easy, and free... but it can be very time consuming as you need a constant flow of posts to ensure the number of followers continues to increase. There's a tool called qplus.io out there that speeds it up considerably by making it much simpler to queue up posts for your blogs. -

I have read your thread about Twitter traffic (some very useful stuff, BTW), but you have talk about adult account/traffic....is Tumbir allow adult like Twitter?
Also, i have some question about Reddit - I have very old Reddit account, with lot of karma, but i can't post my site because in every subreddits my site is not in white list and therefor is blocked. So how can i bring traffic to my site from reddit?
Do you have some experience in creating your own subreddit? Because when i'm moderator in subreddit, my site will be allowed :D ....I "only" have to bring people to my subreddit

Tumblr allow adult content, but you can not upload porn videos there and put adult ads on this site. They will ban you sooner or later if you do that. Most of subreddits allow now only particular video sites, but you can still post a picture and post your site as the source in the comments. There are many other ways, be creative and do not spam.Hi jerkules,

I second this idea, make some videos (that you own the rights to) and upload daily to some tube sites. Make sure you participate in the social aspect of tube sites to BUILD FANS who will come back Some examples are:
xhamster, xvideos, wheresmygf, drtuber, madthumbs, yuvutu, slutload
