Wow that building looks crazy tall. Used to work as an electrician in NYC and I would have jobs sometimes on the roof of an unfinished sky scraper. You wouldn't believe how cold and windy it gets up there and there is nothing to support you except a small railing. Highest I have ever been was 44 stories.
