Looking for a new hosting company

I'm thinking about airhosting.com or nakedhosting.com. What do you think and/or is you experience with these hosting companies?

The most important thing for me is a good communication between me (customer) and the hosting company. Price is a 2nd criteria, but off course important as well. I need at least 100gig of data traffic each month.

I tried Reliable Hosting, Webair, Host Gator, and Caro. Reliable Hosting has the best support by far but that was a while back. Haven't heard much from them recently. I can't really recommend any of the above since I moved away from them. I'm with Soft Layer right now and they are great. They are a little more enterprisey though but they still have good support.

Naked Hosting (see sig) is simply the best host I've ever used. Great proces, great service, great support. There's plenty here at GFY who use them and are happy (like me) to sing their praises.

If you just want a shared hosting plan, i would tell you to with servage.net.

I've run adult sites for going on 13 years now. In that time you can pretty much imagine all the major bullshit I've seen when it comes to hosting. If you can think of any nightmare, I promise you at one time or another I have been there, done that.

It is for that very reason that about 10 years ago I stopped referring people to any web hosting company because sure enough the second you do, something goes wrong and you look like an ass for telling your friend to go there in the first place.

Well recently I have made an exception to that no referral rule and that is based 100% on customer service of one hosting company.

While it's true that reliable service is important, what is also important is a staff willing to bend over backwards to support you when things do go back or when there is a problem.

So if you want to base your decision on top notch, super customer service then you want to call this guy named Chris over at WebAir.

This guy bent over backwards to help someone who mind you isn't big. In fact what he did was for a one small server deal that was under $150 a month. So if they go out of their way to help a small client, just imagine how much they would do for a real big one.

Trust me, if you want superior customer service, you want do deal with Chris from WebAir.
