The design is very clean and I like the layout a lot.

Logo- 7/10

The logo itself is fine, but it seems slightly blurry to me. Maybe making it a higher resolution would fix it.

Speed- 10/10

My question to you though is this-

How is this tube site any different than the millions that are already out there?

One thing I noticed was that you have Asian in the domain name and in the site title, but when I scroll through a lot of posts its mostly white girls.

As far as SEO goes you should definitely be hitting the Asian related keywords hard, and focus on them entirely.

We will do everything we can to adjust our logo and make it more noticeable.

As of now, our main target is to gather all their videos in one place, the only difference is that for our viewers, as they will not constantly change from one site to another if they can't see what they're looking for, and a possibility of downloading the videos without any registration or sign-in required, as to this we offer 100% user's complete privacy as we know most people love watching porn hid their identity via VPN or any proxies.

Also, limitation of annoying ads :D

I like the design as well as the logo, plain and simple. But the one thing that I noticed it the slow website speed.

It takes almost one minute to fully load your homepage. It is a way too long.

Do you use shared hosting or VPS?

We use VPS, and here in South East Asia we can access the site no more than 2 secs. I also contacted my cousin in US-CA same no issues with the load speed.

Which importer script are you using? I notice lots and lots of dupes.

Regarding the site's speed, looking at the network graph in Chrome's Developer tools it looks like the time to first byte (how quickly it takes for the server to send it's first response back) is ranging anywhere from nearly instantaneous to almost 10 seconds. In testing it, it didn't seem that the long page load times were due to the content itself being loaded. Once the server responded with the generated HTML everything else loads up super snappy.

It seems to me, and if I'm wrong please let me know, that you've got some sort of caching setup server side. If that's the case you might want to increase how long before the server side cache expires. Setting it to an hour could end up making a pretty big positive difference if you're limited by being on a shared hosting plan or a low powered VPS.

Double checking myself with GT Metrix shows that to be the case as well. Testing a couple times using their tool showed loading times between 3.0 seconds and 8.4 seconds. On the tests where it returned in close to 3 seconds the time for the server to respond with the initial response was around ~200 ms. With the other load times over 3 seconds, it was taking 2+ seconds for the server to do the initial response.

I tested from my desktop in Texas and GT Metrix used hardware located in Vancouver, Canada.

We still have no plans on buying other scripts online one reason is that of limited budget, not to mention my cousin is a coder himself he is the one who made this so far.

Thank you for spending your time for thoroughly investigating the slow responsiveness of our site, and we will do everything that we can to reduce the usage of the server in caching and other stuffs. Do you think 3 seconds is enough? I mean a stable 2-3 seconds loading speed?

The site IS slow. Check you are caching as much as possible, Use a CDN, Put it behind a Cloudflare free plan to speed it up.

I appreciate that you did put into the name of this thread "tube site", so I do not have to click on another shitty tube.. But good luck making 5 bucks a month from it.
