Yeah I doubt is has anything to do with Camgasm, they don't have enough models there to compete with Chaturbate for now. Not saying Camgasm is not or will not convert, but if they were such a big competitor, the number of available models would jump. And even if it is growing daily, it doesn't reflect such a big affluence of new clients...
