Fuck it, I had a long post I made for it and it got deleted, so I'm posting it here:

"There really needs to be an "eating popcorn" smiley on here...pretty entertaining thread. Just amazing that it started with a post saying "I visit this site (even though they've been stealing content), affiliate with their owners (even though they're killing the industry), but fuck them because instead of simply stealing from everyone else, they're now stealing from ME!" They stole your content to show it to more people like you that won't pay to beat off, and to bolster their content that you're already selling anyways.

I'm not really IN this industry, so speaking from someone outside it, if you are one of the people with money, what is STOPPING you from SUING these bastards? How much time have you wasted and how much money that you would have earned have you watched seeping out of your site to these tubes in the time that you've spent throwing a hissy fit over this? You and everyone else WHINING about tube sites - DO something about it. If DMCA isn't going to do shit, which is what everyone seems to be saying, SUE. Do something CONSTRUCTIVE that will CHANGE THINGS. Otherwise, may as well shut the fuck up and take it like a man.

I'm in the domain industry and the Snowe Bill was the imminent threat to kill our industry, basically giving large companies free pass to overtly steal people's domains because they are large companies and can afford lawyers. Granted most individual people in our industry don't have much power to fight it because we simply don't have money to throw around on lawyers and lobbyists, all of the trade associations in our industry, as weak as they are, put forth their best efforts to fight it, and thankfully it doesn't seem to be imminently passing. All I see happen around here is people endlessly saying "we should band together and fight this!" or "somebody should sue them!" The sad thing is a lot of people WITH LOTS OF MONEY i.e. lawyer fuel are saying this too. I'm sorry to say this but you with the money are the ones who are going to have to do something. These pieces of shit aren't going to answer to anything but courts. Would you deal civilly with a car thief that stole your car? What makes these dickheads any different?

It also disgusted me that the OP mentioned downloading music for free is OK but not porn (but then you beat off to Pornhub's free stolen content anyways so what message are you sending to your paying customers?). If you're going to bitch about stealing of ANYTHING, then stealing of ANYTHING should NEVER be ok. "Stealing is ok as long as it's not from me" is a bullshit stance. That's what's causing a number of industries a lot of pain, most clearly the adult industry...everyone wants everything for free, not realizing they're leading to what they want for free ceasing to exist."

pretty much, xxxjay cried because pornhub had his videos on their site, and how hes so against fucking the industry blah blah blah, then me and CaptianAmerica exposed him for the true scum he is, he turned a blind eye, denied it, got proved wrong multiple times, then repeated to attack me saying i have no traffic so obviously my word means nothing, more gloating about himself and all that bullshit, someone icqs me with some juicy information,i ask him about it, and apparently it is true because of legal reasons the thread was closed.

I have to say tho, I've spent some good quality time w/ Jay in Amsterdam and Costa Rica..I love him. Great guy. i thought he was a slimy porn guy too but we spent a whole day wanderin thru Van Gogh's museum and I learned a lot about art and him. he is a genuine guy and I hope whatever the drama is, he'll get it fixed.

this industry is full of shit and shit stinks...plain and simple. We all have our limits and sometimes ppl use this board to vent...good or bad or ugly...it's all here on good ole GFY!

XXXJay came on with a pretty good "open letter to PornHub" (and other tube sites)

His execution while meaningful (and I thought sarcastic) fell on deaf ears and within a few posts struck a cord something fierce in some people here and they went on the offensive like I've never seen.

The problem was that Jay (and again, I am sure he was being sarcastic to make a point) said, (and I'm paraphrasing here) "Thanks Pornhub, when I wanna rub one out I go to porn hub. BUT GODDAMN IT STOP STEALING MY SHIT YOU FUCKERS!!!" And it went on from there about how pornhub and other tubsites are stealing his content (of which he linked to) and killing this industry... you get the idea.

Well, then someone attacked XXXJay and OcCash for DRIVING people to the tub sites by doing double prechecked cross sales UNDER the join button on their join pages. Before long people were getting nasty. Some defended XXXjay, most attacked and called him shit, and his program shit. I mean nasty.

One guy said we need a leader and regulations. To lighten the situation, I nominated Baddog. Shemp... I did this THREE times. Each time I managed to nail the 100th, 150th and 200th posts. And not a single person commented on it. That's how pissed these people were.

Anyway, the debates came on and I guess... now.. it's been pulled.
