Depends on what 'kind' of coffee it is.

If it's an espresso, then half a teaspoon of sugar is fine. Turkish coffee 2 teaspoons please.

If it's brewed or instant coffee which is what I have the most, then I take 2 milks with it, no sugar.

I make a medium espresso and add 4 teaspoons of sugar and a big cup of milk at room temp... I have never tried regular coffee without milk but I will in a few days...I will heat the cup and shit...
