We have that:

It is a simple html file, you need to upload it to your server, and that's it. All graphics and style sheets will load from our server. Resulting page will look like this:

Works surprisingly well.
Since it's so simple and easy to use you can use virtually anywhere where you need to to quickly put something together to through your traffic at - 404 traffic, type in domains, old sites that still have some traffic but no longer making you any money etc.
If you're going to use that page, I'd suggest rewording text a bit, and to use surfer friendly urls such as welcome-to-ferronetwork.shtml instead of 404.html. It proved to work better that way.
