The issue of "fair use" is a scale and not black and white, and the US constitution clearly guarantees freedom of speech.
I am not necessarily bound by 2257 which appears to prevent me from displaying a Mother breast feeding, the real circumcision of a male infant (80% who watch it don't do it), or a Canadian Version of a Time Magazine cover depicting a Mother & Daughter with AIDS on a website that also has sexually explicit adult graphics.
Why? Because I can just move the server to another country.
I choose to obey 2257 - and will cross every "t" and dot every "i" in order to comply with 2257 and new VISA regulations.
With regards to "fair use" - that issue is still outstanding.

Discuss away, be my guest, I could care less. Stop showing the photos that are breaking the law.

The above quote appears to imply these are my words - however they are not.
I will respond to this thread but not today.
All of the original "text" of the website is as it was.
Nothing changed - nor did I run.
You may not be mature enough to handle real graphics on a "SexEducation.com" website - but it appears High Schools all across North America regularily show and use them.
And you may not be mature enough to handle real graphics on a "SexEducation.com" website - but it appears in HIgh Schools all across Europe they also use them.
So I would have suggested you use one of the MANY content control features of my website - which was the ability to disable all graphics & video.
However - it's not the graphics that angers most in this thread - it's the text.
