a question about using 3rd party companys for mailings?

    wouldnt that go against can-spam?

a friend of mine put me in contact with a company who does this.

you send them your emails, + your link. they mail for you. you split profits with them 50/50.

ive got over 500k-1m opt ins from an opt in site we threw together about a year ago.

i know end result ask a lawyer, but hey i wanted to see what u guys thought?
