My mother is seventy and nearly on he deathbed. On the other hand, I have a friend who is sixty-eight and bikes eighty miles a day in foreign countries. Some people at this age are healthy, others less so.
Not sure about any of you.... but.... Recently a ninety-two year old man was hit and killed while on his DAILY bike ride.... I want to be like him.
