        Nobody is forcing people to participate in this program.

        I don't see a problem with this. They're offering a free DMCA service and protecting your content.

        You do realise that if you make two versions of one video and one is on Pornhub and the other is on XHamster then there won't be an issue ?

                                        Pornhub's only realistic recourse is to cancel your account, not pay you and they might have established a right to the content and its use if this agreement (stipulation) is breached.


                                        It's a real POS piece work but there may be a real ulterior motive here.

                                            This will certainly be the problem. Don't see how they can 'win' anything when claiming they own something uploaded by someone who didn't own it in the first place.

                                                I can understand if maybe, Gary & Nathalie were going to provide them content in exchange for traffic to their site TEMPORARILY, but this wording is PERMANENT. What if no traffic is provided or if the deal just doesn't work out? Gary & Nathalie should then be able to end this deal, re-gain their rights to their content, and look for someone new to work with, no?

                                                        after speaking with Brett from PornHub, seems the above is the case. PH are simply offering DMCA especially to models uploading specifically to PH, scanning the top 50 sites and issuing the DMCA if need
