when I was in Costa Rica in March, I had some amazing carpacio....

here in Vegas, Red, White and Blue, the steakhouse at Mandalay Bay has some of the best carpacio I've tasted

I have never even heard of dragon. Looks like it might be in that mini-mall on Pier Ave. I don't see carpacio on their menu though. I might have to stop by there anyway. The $50 burger sounds interesting.

Ago, Madeo, Il Pastaio, The Little Door (heard menu changed) are my favorites, all in Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. Great carpaccio at all of them, though it's been a while since we moved out of BH area.

Supposedly the beef carpaccio at Koi is really good. They serve a Kobe beef carpaccio.

I went there a couple of weeks ago with some friends and they ordered it and said it was really good although i did not have any
