I can't speak for them, but it is possible.
If so, that really isn't a bad price. While many places will do it for free now-a-days, there are places that charge $50+ for third party script installation.
The best thing to do is contact them and ask.

tnx im glad for the reply.. .... yup i already ask them and that what they told me.. a 25$ for installation fee.. i tried to install it by myself but it only gives me error... which i am thinking they dont allow installation of third party software without their consent..

you could switch to oxeo.com , attatch the script to an email, ask them to install it and press send.Comment

installing ST is easy, when the page appears with what's not ok with your hosting, simply tell nakedhosting what's required (should be free to get it fixed) and once they fixed it continue the installation.Comment

If you are unhappy with having to pay someone $25 to install the script for you then by all means change host, dreamhost is right around the corner ;)
Nakedhosting have a great rep so don't know wtf you are complaining about unsupported script installs for...

I've been hosted with TechieMedia for many years and they have installed a ton of different scripts for me and never asked for a cent for that service. To be honest the service you get from them it would be worth it, but they wouldn't even think of charging for script installs.
