First off, forgive me if my post sounds jumbled...I've been taking a slew of percosets due to a recent surgery I had...fun stuff!
I deal primarily in buying/selling domain names, and occasionally in buying/selling websites, and while I have some repeat buyers/sellers to me in other industries, I have very few in adult and would like to get to know more of you that have general interest in buying adult properties that suit your needs or perhaps selling what you've got. I am very pro-deal in that I would like to see completed deals/sales done, whether they be of properties I have or excellent deals I find that I don't have. What I notice is that a lot of owners of premium domains that are positioned primarily in the domain industry only market them to the domain industry, and thus potential buyers in the target industry for the name itself misses out on wholesale pricing for a name they would otherwise only be approached with retail pricing on. I've caught wind of domains for sale for instance when I didn't have enough capital of my own to purchase that if I had the right contacts, I could have made someone a lot of money (in one case it was a domain priced at about $110,000 that a few months later sold for $1 million, example of wholesale vs. retail pricing). In general, I'm of the staunch belief that domain names and websites are where its at for investment opportunities especially with the stock market being in a shambles as it is, and given I make a pretty good living buying/selling domain names in particular, I have good reason to have that belief!
I have my own adult domains for sale, but they're mostly low-end ones (4-figures or under), so my main purpose for getting contacts would be for 5-figure and above domains, either those who have domains of that caliber to move or those that would be interested in purchasing such domains. For example, I have 3 adult domains on my plate right now (two of then a strictly adult pair, the other could also be mainstream) that are 6-figure names that I would very much like to get moved for their owners, and know that there's a lot of people here that would be interested in such domains but wouldn't look in the Buy/Sell section for instance (and I don't blame you - a lot of bad domains are posted there that you'd have to sift through). More than anything I would rather not let the opportunities pass anyone buy who would like to capitalize on it.

I'll keep it handy anytime an opportunity arises and likewise you can keep my info handy as well as I do buy and sell domains and websites myself not to mention broker around to my contacts.
