              Killer insects. The camera was over 4km from the launch pad. If you watch a longer clip, many bugs can be seen flying around close to the camera. It's Florida.

                                                              If you watch the actual video it's pretty clear something flew by twice. You can even hear a sonic boom of sorts at 4:08 when it comes back by. Lots of people saying it's birds but you see birds fly by several times and they are nowhere near as fast. Use "k" to play frame by frame
