    Help Noob pls

    LOL

Okay, Its been 7 years in design.

    But

    I NEVER tried webmastering seriously.

I mean for making real money. Just bits of blogging here and there.
I have a blog that comes #2 or #3 in google but its not making any good. May be
bcs its not updated and its old shit in there only.

What I wanted to ask is there any strategy to run blogs? At least formal.
What I figured for myself its like this ( pls, feel free to share your knowledge ):

    1. Get a name, get appropriate metawords
    2. Get hosting, install WP
    3. Make like 20 posts
    4. Submit to search engines
    5. Submit to directories
    6. Exchange Links

    What else?

if you want to make any money ($3-5k+ per month) you need to have a steady stream of blogs with rotating content.

its not an easy task and requires a pretty big amount of change to start up. IMO, if you dont 10 hours a day for the next 2-3 weeks plus about $2,000 to invest, dont waste your time.
