    HHHmmmm...Charcoal Smoked Goodness

Munki and I have enjoyed our charcoal smoker for years now, it makes soft, smokey meat and some killer stew! It takes 4-7 hours to cook, but soooo worth it. I'm getting a couple people smokers for Christmas this year, they're only around $30 for a basic one, and it makes a great gift for anyone who likes to spend the day barbequing.

Anyone have any favorite charcoal smoker recipes?

There's a pan below the grill that you normally put water in to keep the meat moist. You can put all sorts of veggies + water in the pan to cook underneath the meat. The pan is so huge that you'll have stew for days
