PR4 Website Cam-Girl.com On Auction! Only $80 With NO RESERVE! Great Revenue!!!

$4,400 is around 30 months income based on your stats

Fairly nice domain, though not good enough to justify monthly profit x 30 imho

Hi- it's an auction so you are mistaken. I dont have a "set price". The $4,400 figure is the appraisal worth given to the site by Estibot.com - the actual price will be determined by whatever the "market" decides- current bid is $111

bid is up to $182

It looks like a lot of the income is coming from revshare. Does the account come with the site?

no sedo account i give you 299$ for it

Forgot to mention before that this domain is registered until 7/7/2010 with Godaddy so the winner of the auction gets 3 years of free registration time.

The current bid is $210 - a Sedo account takes like 2 minutes to sign up.

Bid up to $250-

I'm in the bidding, and I have a more specific question for you - how can we get in contact

Hi Juilan, you can write me at modelinglinks[@]yahoo.com - I will try to answer any questions you have.

bid is up to $400

That site is PR3

yeah, google just dropped it today in it's update- really doesnt matter though- the whole reason I am selling my sites is to focus on my SEO business so when I say I know about SEO, take my word for it... I am very very good and I will tell you PR really is pretty meaningless in terms of your placement in the SERP's anyway... the PR value in the toolbar export is only a visual representation of 1 of over 100 ranking factors in Googles algorithm and the domain name one has far outweighs pagerank anyway... meaning if you had a PR6 website called sluts.com and were trying to rank high on Google for "cam girl" , it would be much easier for cam-girl.com to rank highly for that phrase even if it was a PR1

But anyway, anyone that knows what they are doing or cared to spend 5 minutes learning how could get the index page back up to a PR4 at the next update if you really wanted to... the reason is that if you look at the internal pages of the site, they all have good PR (PR2-3) so if you just linked your index page to your internal pages in such a way so as to not give them so much PR juice it would make the index page go back up. Actually, ironically I already did that but it was not because I knew the PR was going to drop but because Sedo requires a 18+ warning page on the index before you see nudity so I made the index page have one... ironically this will make the index page go back up to a PR4 at the next update because the index page is now not directly linked to the internal pages but the internal pages are still linked to the index page. The only reason it dropped PR is because the toolbar export is taken from a "snapshot" at a previous point in time prior to the update (usually several weeks to a month prior) and I just made that change the day before I began the auction 4 days ago. Ironically, had I done it sooner the index page would have retained it's PR but eaither way the PR is more of a marketing ploy than any real significant ranking factor, but either way will be fixed by itself at the next update.
