So India has laws protecting its small busimesses from being decimated by Amazon online, unlike the U.S., so Amazon circumvents those laws as an adaptation with the same goal of dominating them online, before they develope their own internet presence by having goods delivered to the small remote shops turning them inrmto an Amazon.in post office.

Another interesting takeaway was that only 35% of India?s population has internet access

In the end the shop owners are going to screw Amazon by undercutting them when people come to pick up Amazon purchases.

The shop owners are going to better know what Amazon shoppers want and offer popular items cheaper direct in store. In response Amazon will make it against shop owners TOS to carry items from its store in shop, etc. etc. Then the prosumer, pro small business, Indian government will regulate Amazon's growth & practices to keep protecting the shop owners, when it hits a certain limit Amazon will buy out officials, relaxing laws & regulations etc. etc.

Then the shop owners will follow the TOS and not sell items in shop, hiring friends to sell in carts on the street in front of the shop, etc. etc.

Very interesting read Barry thank you!
