If it was loaded with paysites first it would lose surfers at a rate that makes it fail. Surfers don't want to pay, force them to and they leave. Because Tubes are better than paysites.
All you can do is change the product to convert more to customers. That won't be done by shooting the same porn as we shot 20 years ago.
