just nailed page 1 on google.com for "Fetish Movies" in the past day or so, so should increase SE traffic.
also has vidiscript purchased addons that allow you to pre-roll and post-roll ads on videos, banners on videos and such - and they are about to release a new upgrade that adds a ton of nice functionality - payment gateway, forums and tons of stuff
site doesn't have much revenue, as I haven't had much of a chance to play with different sponsors/ad placement - but I'm sure someone could give it a good whirl.
All in all, I have no idea what price to set for it, but it probably wouldn't be worth selling it for less than a grand or two.
