Google searches isn't exactly like Alexa. It's not as easily gamed. But that issue aside, it's not like you have a ton of porn girls out there begging fans to Google their name so they can appear to be more popular.
I can honestly say in the 20 years I've been in this business, I have never seen that happen even once.
