Great Ideas for the Online Adult Business!

This idea may not make any sense on the surface, but read it over a few times, and I think you'll see just how brilliant it is...

1) Start as many free tube sites as you possibly can.

2) Give away as much content as you can get a hold of.

3) If you don't have enough content to give away yourself, then buy content, steal content, do whatever you can to offer as much totally free content as you possibly can.

4) Make sure your free tube content includes all niches, so your visitors don't have to pay for anything at all... ever.

5) Give away clips of all lengths - 2 minutes, 5 minutes, 20 minutes... whatever it takes to make sure the surfer can get off for free, no matter what.

6) Then set up a membership site, and wonder why no one wants to join up.

If all of that doesn't work, then take the opposite approach. Instead of teaching the surfers that they don't have to pay for online porn anymore, convince a few to finally join your site or program. If they are foolish enough to pay for porn, when so much is totally fucking free, then screw them over with hidden cross sales, crap content, and no updates.

What do you think? Brilliant fucking idea right?

It is brilliant! Why isn't everyone giving everything away for free. I am waiting for real estate and the automotive and food industries to accept this business model.

Ive been working with a few investors and we've come up with an idea to give content even easier. All you ahve to do is give us your address and we will mail you a tv + dvd player + 10000 dvds with content or a brand new desktop computer with a 500GB hd loaded with free porn.

we figure this way is best, so peopel dont have to worry about those slow download rates on tube sites.

I'd like to set up a meeting with all of the most intelligent people in the industry to propose an even better way to destroy this business. How does this sound...

Site owners PAY surfers to download our content for free! Let me repeat that, for those who may not have understood it the first time...

Let's PAY surfers to join our sites! Maybe we just pay them a little if they just download some of our content, but for the surfer who is willing to download multiple sites or full networks, we can pay them more!

The plan is still evolving, but I know it will work in the long run for sure!

The industry is still viable to some extent right now, but with your help I am certain we can totally kill it off soon!

If you have any suggestions on how to make this new idea of PAYING visitors to download content for FREE, please post it for the rest of us, so we can get this plan off the ground ASAP!

Excellent plan, but it's flawed and here's why...

1) We have to stop charging for live cam feeds. These surfers might go to these sites and use their credit card to purchase a live show... and that's just bad for this business plan.

2) We have to convince the surfers that the dating sites are total scams with fake profiles. There has to be a way to let them know that they have a better chance to get laid by using myspace and facebook (or go out and actually talk to people).

I had a couple more ideas...

1) Maybe plant more viruses on the tours to infect their computers? Some people are still crazy enough to purchase subscriptions to pay sites. If we all band together and load up our sites with viruses, then eventually they'll stop going to our sites... hence, no more worries about the possibility of making money.

2) We have to make the surfer feel dirty and ashamed of his purchase. Maybe after they sign up for a pay site, post their personal info on some sort of message board with their full name and address along with the type of porn they enjoy masturbating to?

3) Instead of us keeping the money from sign-ups, could we just have it wired to various terrorist organizations? There's not enough heat on our business yet but I truly believe that this can be attained with the right connections.
